FAQs

We’ve heard it all — here’s what people are really asking behind the scenes.

What types of pallets can the PSR 2000 handle?

The PSR 2000 handles open deck pallets only, picking and depositing them from both floor level and rack levels. It is not compatible with closed deck pallets. If your operation runs closed pallets, the PSR 1000R or PSR 2000R are the right fit as both handle open and closed pallets across floor and rack levels.

Can the PSR 2000 replace our existing forklifts for all pallet movements?

For most standard pallet movements in a warehouse  floor pickup, rack storage, and retrieval. yes, The PSR 2000 is designed to take over repetitive pallet handling tasks autonomously. If you're running closed pallets that need to be picked off the ground, you'd either need rack infrastructure at the pickup point or consider the PSR 1000R/PSR 2000R which can handle both pallet types from both levels.

How does the PSR 2000 navigate a live warehouse with mixed traffic?

The PSR 2000 uses Laser SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) technology to navigate without fixed floor infrastructure. It dynamically maps its environment and avoids obstacles in real time, including people, forklifts, and other equipment sharing the floor.

What WMS or ERP systems does it integrate with?

The PSR 2000 connects with your existing WMS or ERP via API through ANSCER's fleet orchestration platform. This handles task dispatch, route optimization, and real-time status reporting. Most major WMS platforms can be integrated without replacing your existing software stack.
